DESCRIPTION:Birmingham City Council has developed and implemented a Framewo
 rk Agreement for care providers delivering care services to older adults a
 nd a micro-procurement process for the purchase of care services for older
  adults. \n\nWe now wish to consult with the general public\, younger adul
 ts in receipt of care services\, children over the age of 14 who may use c
 are services in the future\, their families\, carers and care providers re
 garding:\n\n1.	The introduction of a Framework Agreement for care provider
 s delivering care services to younger adults.\n\n2.	The use of a micro-pro
 curement process to purchase care services on behalf of younger adults.
