DESCRIPTION:Birmingham City Council has developed and implemented a Fr
 amework Agreement for care providers delivering care services to older
  adults and a micro-procurement process for the purchase of care servi
 ces for older adults. \n\nWe now wish to consult with the general publ
 ic\, younger adults in receipt of care services\, children over the ag
 e of 14 who may use care services in the future\, their families\, car
 ers and care providers regarding:\n\n1.	The introduction of a Framewor
 k Agreement for care providers delivering care services to younger adu
 lts.\n\n2.	The use of a micro-procurement process to purchase care ser
 vices on behalf of younger adults.
