Birmingham Children's Partnership Primary Exclusion Audit

Overview

The Birmingham Children Partnership and the Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership have commissioned an audit of Primary School Children Exclusions. The audit has been designed to try and identify areas of good practice and any areas of concern. 

A random sample of 10 primary school children who were permamently excluded from school in the last 6 months prior to Covid-19 lockdown have been selected.  Please can you fill in this audit tool from the perspective of your agency or service. 

Please respond by completing the beheard survey for each child.

Towards the end of the survey there is the option to enter your email address if you would like to recieve a copy of your responses.  This is optional, you can skip and continue to the next page and submitt your survey.

The survey deadline is 30th October.
