Tell us how you feel about working for Birmingham Children’s Trust

It’s April and we are now ‘officially’ Birmingham Children’s Trust!

We want to be an employer of choice where staff are valued, listened to and have the right working environment to do their best for children, young people and families in Birmingham.  To achieve this we need to understand what you think is working, what is not working and what we need to do differently. 

We have put together this short survey of 16 questions to collect your views.   We will ask you the same questions again in six months and then in a year to track our progress. 

We will publish the results after each survey and set ourselves actions to do more of what works well and address areas where things need to change or improve. 

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and your first instinct is usually the best one to go for! Whether it’s good or bad - we need you to be honest with us. The survey is anonymous, but we would like to know if you are a social worker, another children’s practitioners or whether you work in support services.

The survey will be open from 23rd April to 6th May, we hope you will join in!
