Birmingham Bookstart Order Form for Childminders/Home Educators 2021-22

Overview

New Order Information - Please read before completing your order.

• Bookstart Treasure Packs are for children aged over 3 - under 4 years old (Nursery year).  You are ordering for the school year beginning September 2021. Treasure Packs are usually distributed by the Nursery Setting, make sure the child you are ordering for will NOT receive a pack.
• DO NOT place an order if you are unable or unwilling to collect from a local Birmingham library.
• Special Needs Packs are available, these packs are complete so no need to order a Treasure Pack as well:

            Book Touch Toddler - blind/sight impairment

            Book Shine Toddler - deaf/hearing impairment.

            Book Star - mobility/fine motor skills

• Dual Language Books - the book is an additional resource for a child whose second language is English. There are 35 languages available.
• Collection point - ALL ORDERS need to identify a local Birmingham Library that would be convenient as a collection point.

• Contact details - double check your contact details are correct and that your email address is active and monitored. Visit your emails regularly and make sure your inbox does not get full - this results in undelivered emails.Your contact details will be on the delivery label so as library staff can contact you to arrange collection of your order.
