We asked

What views you that have on the Local Offer website, such as, what things you like and do not like about it as we aim to use your feedback to continue improving the website.

You said

There were some positive comments, for example: good to see the different services, ability to change the font size and that the links were good. The areas you would like to see improved were where the pages were too wordy or too technical and some of the navigation did not work.

We did

In response to this feedback we have amended the way that Local Offer looks and works, the following amendments were undertaken: Navigation: We have amended the Post 16 area and Marketplace to improve the users experience. Too Wordy: To revisit the EHC Assessment Area and make it more user friendly so on some of our more complex pages we have added a summary, which will assist the google translation (when implemented) First Page: As requested we have made the “Click Here” link into the site more noticeable. Sensory Support: Ensured that the links are now working correcting Interactivity: We have posted the Local Offer /EHC Animation and EHC pathway, and co-production video’s Sharing your views: There is a section of the site devoted to the capture of your comments and views.
