Overview

This survey is to gauge people’s experience of using the mycareinbirmingham web site, regarding whether it is easy to use and whether people could find what they were looking for on the site.

We want to learn where this is working well and where it is not working so well so that we can make any necessary changes where this is possible.

Birmingham City Council values the views of its customers and aims to take these into consideration as we develop the website further.
