Overview

As part of the process of making sure that the public health services we commission are meeting the needs of the local population, we are seeking your views on your experience of services provided through your local pharmacy.

This allows us to understand if the services are satisfactory, respond to your needs and also whether they are accessible.  We are doing this as part of an internal review to understand current service provision but also to support the national, statutorily required Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, which is a published statement of the needs for pharmaceutical services (including public health) in your local area.
