Adult Social Care Care Centres Public Consultation Phase 3
Proposal Summary
The alternative proposed option is for the Council to retain the three Care Centres and deliver residential care and respite at Kenrick Centre. This would mean long term residents in Ann Marie Howes and Perry Tree would be supported to move to Kenrick Centre or to an alternative Care provider of their choice. Ann Marie Howes and Perry Tree Centre would be used to deliver intermediate care beds through an integrated health and social care model.
This consultation questionnaire should be read and completed alongside the Care Centres Phase 2 Consultation Document (this includes phase 1 information) and Care Centre Phase 3 Consultation Document that explains the current service, the outcome of a recent review and the range of options that are being consulted upon.
