Overview

The Public Health Evidence Team at Birmingham City Council are currently conducting research for a Neurodivergence Deep Dive report. This is an in-depth health needs assessment that gathers research on health and wellbeing inequalities. The aim is to establish policy recommendations for Birmingham City Council, the NHS and other partners.

We are interested in hearing about the views of citizens on the use of identity-first or person-first language. 

Your input will help to inform and justify our decision making as to which language type we use throughout our report.
