BCELS Prescribers Survey 2024

Overview

Commissioners in the NHS and Birmingham City Council are working together on what is needed for our future community equipment service.

They would really welcome your views on what you think works well within the current services and what opportunities you can identify to change and innovate this service. We will be sending out a summary report to all prescribers after the survey closes, for your information.

The online questionnaire will take no longer than 10 -15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous.

This survey will close on 16^th February 2024.
