Neurodivergence Deep Dive - Questionnaire for Citizens
Overview
Birmingham City Council are writing a report (known as a 'Deep Dive') about citizens living with neurodivergence in Birmingham.
You are invited to take part in this questionnaire to collect lived experience data. If you choose to participate, you will be asked about yourself and your experience of different things including:
- Healthcare
- Employment
- Housing
- Personal Relationships etc.
Importantly, the lived experience data informs our 'recommendations for action', which aim to re-shape strategy and services to reduce health inequalities for citizens with neurodivergence.
Your voice and your input is extremely valuable!
All data received by Birmingham City Council, in relation to this research, will be stored in line with the Data Protection Rules. You can read more about the Privacy Notice here: Overview | Privacy statement | Birmingham City Council.
