Headache and Migraine Survey for Pakistani Communities

Closed 18 Apr 2025

Opened 13 Jan 2025

Overview

The Birmingham City Council Public Health Division is running a project to understand more about the causes and impacts of headaches and migraines in the Pakistani community, and to identify ways to help reduce the impacts they have. The project is called ‘Birmingham Culturally Intelligent Approach to Headache Disorder in Pakistani Communities (BCIAHP)’.

This survey is part of the first phase of the project and will help us to understand the impacts that headaches and migraines have on anyone who is affected. If you experience repeated headaches or migraines and live in Birmingham, we would be very grateful if you could answer the survey questions to help us understand your experiences. This will help us to make sure that any information to raise awareness and provide support is as useful as you need it to be. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), personal data from this survey will be stored securely and held by Birmingham City Council. Personal data collected in this survey will not be shared with any other organisation. Your responses will be used solely for the Birmingham Culturally Intelligent Approach To Headache Disorder In Pakistani Communities (BCIAHP) project and will be kept confidential.  Responses will be anonymised, and individuals will not be identified.

By filling out the survey, you are giving permission for Birmingham City Council to use the data for the purposes outlined above.
