Help shape the Birmingham City Council website

Overview

We’re beginning a project to redesign and improve Birmingham City Council’s website, and to do this well, we need your help. 

By taking part in this survey, which will take no more than 5 minutes, you can have your say about the website and what you need from it. We are focusing on four sections to begin with, and we would love to hear about your experience visiting and finding information online across any of the following: 

• Adult Social Care
• Waste and Recycling
• Housing
• Roads, travel and parking

Whether you're someone who uses the Birmingham City Council website directly, accesses online information for a friend or relative, or have ideas on how we can make improvements, we want to hear from you! 

There is also an opportunity to take part in future research to improve the website, or join our Test & Tell Panel. We'll always share what we've learned and let you know how your feedback has helped shape future improvements.
