Neurodivergence Deep Dive - Questionnaire for Professionals

Overview

Birmingham City Council are writing a report (known as a 'Deep Dive') about citizens living with neurodivergence in Birmingham.

You are invited to take part in this questionnaire to share your lived experience as a professional working with citizens with neurodivergence. If you choose to participate, you will be asked about a number of different topics:

• About You
• Health Conditions (if applicable)
• Your Role
• Health and Wellbeing
• Services
• Education and Employment 
• Housing and Independent Living
