Parking Services - Customer Experience Survey
Overview
Thank you for taking part in this Birmingham City Council customer service survey. The survey should take less than twenty minutes to complete.
You will first see a series of statements about your customer experience when interacting with the council’s Parking Services in the last 12 months, and be asked to score them from 1-5 (1: “strongly disagree”, 5: “strongly agree”). This will help us understand our customer service across a range of areas such as technology and communication.
There will then be a section inviting you to give more feedback about issues relating to Parking Services.
At the end is an option to indicate if you would be interested in a potential interview at a later date, to discuss your experience in more depth.
We also ask for optional information about your background. This is gathered only to inform our findings, and will not be shared or used outside this research.
