Consultation on proposed parking charges Sheldon Country Park

Income from the proposed introduction of parking charges at Sheldon Country Park will contribute to the ongoing upkeep and maintenance, as well as provide scope for future improvements to the park.

3. Following feedback from the informal consultation, the proposed parking rates will be £0.75 per hour (for up to 3 hours); £3.50 all day. Do you agree with the proposed parking rates?

6. We will be conducting a separate formal consultation on proposed parking restrictions on selected roads around the park. The intention is to introduce parking restrictions at existing hotspots in advance of the proposed charging scheme, with secondary restrictions introduced post-implementation (following resident feedback).
