Have you used Birmingham City Council’s voice automation or chatbot services recently? Whether it was a quick call or a visit to our website, your experience matters—and we’re listening.

We’re working to make these tools easier to use, clearer, and more helpful for everyone. To do that, we need your insight. By sharing your thoughts, you’ll help us understand how well these services are working for you and where we can improve—especially when it comes to accessibility for tenants and residents.

Voice automation helps guide you through services over the phone using pre-recorded menus. Our chatbot is a virtual assistant on the BCC website that can answer questions, assist with tasks, and provide information. But we know that technology isn’t always one-size-fits-all.

Your feedback will help us identify any challenges you face and ensure our services are inclusive and accessible to everyone in our community.

The survey is quick and easy. It asks about your experience and any difficulties you’ve had using our automated phone and chatbot systems. Your responses will directly shape how we improve these tools to better meet your needs.
