Winter Communications Campaign

Overview

We are keen to hear from Birmingham citizens about what information, advice and guidance you would need as we lead into the winter months.  As we all know, winter can be a difficult time for many people for all different reasons.  As we plan to share information to support citizens, we want to know your thoughts! 

We will use the results of this survey to make sure that we share information, advice and guidance on topics that are useful to you and in a way that you can access. 

Data may be shared in internal and external reports. No information will be reported or published that will enable an individual to be identified. Findings from the survey may be used for promotional materials. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Birmingham City Council Privacy Policy: https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/info/50333/privacy/2926/privacy_statement
