Overview

This is a survey for businesses.

Birmingham City Council is thinking of creating an energy company for Birmingham’s residents and businesses.

We believe there is an opportunity for a local company to deliver gas and electricity in a more affordable, fairer and greener way but we want to know if you agree with us.

We want to ask a few questions about what you and your business thinks of your current energy provider, how much you pay for business gas and electricity, and reasons for switching (if you have).

We will also ask you some questions about your business – which will help us to understand what different businesses across the city think about energy and their energy supplier.

Your responses will be anonymous but you will also have the opportunity for your organisation to sign up for further research opportunities – but only if you want to.

This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

What will happen with your responses

Your responses will be used solely for research purposes and will be kept confidential. Any comments used will be kept anonymous and individuals will not be identified.

Your personal data will only be held by or on behalf of Birmingham City Council and will not be shared with any other organisation.
