Birmingham Children’s Trust exists to support children, young people and families in Birmingham known to the trust. We want to make sure we are doing the best we can to help you live happy lives and have the chance to do the things you want to. 

Our city pledge shares our commitment to children and families. Your input is very important and as part of this survey we want to ask you how well we are supporting you with different things in your life and what you think about our pledge to you. 

The survey includes the following;

1. Where you live
2. Your school and education
3. Relationships you have with important people in your life
4. Your health
5. Supporting you to become an adult

As part of completing this survey you will be given an exciting opportunity to enter our prize draw.
