Covid Survey for Care Leavers - Tell us your views and enter prize draw for £30!

Overview

Covid has been a very challenging time for us all, and our personal advisors have been changing how they work to continue supporting you. It is important for us to understand how well you think we have been doing throughout Covid, what we are doing well and what we could do better.

It would be great if you could take 10 minutes to give us your views through this short survey of 15 questions.  It is completely confidential. We are offering the opportunity to enter a prize draw for £30 shopping vouchers to thank you for your feedback.

All responses to this survey are strictly anonymous.  Towards the end of the survey there is an option to enter your email address if you would like to be emailed a copy of your survey response, you can leave this blank.  If you do enter your email address we do not receive it with your response.

If you want to enter the prize draw please enter your name and email on the prize draw survey page.  Once received this information will be separated from your answers so they remain anonymous.  All responses are received and written up by our research manager and not the Care Leavers Service. 

We may use the anonymised results from this survey to write research articles with our partner the University of Birmingham to help social work organisations to learn and improve. If you complete the survey you are agreeing that we can do this.
