Covid Partner Survey

Overview

This is a confidential survey for frontline children's practitioners and social workers who work directly with children and families.  The purpose of the survey is to find out what it has been like working with partners during Covid.  We are particularly interested in their role in visiting and supporting families.  We want to hear where things have been working really well, and where improvements could be made. 

If you would like to provide feedback about more than one category of partner, simply go back to the original link for the survey and start it again for this new partner. There is no limit on how many times you can complete the survey for different partners.

The survey deadline is: 21st December 2020

Towards the end of the survey you are given the option to enter your email address if you would like to receive a copy of your response; this is optional.
