Young People's Review Survey - Prize Draw £20

Overview

Complete today and enter Prize Draw for £20 of love2shop vouchers.

We are asking young people to complete this short survey of 12 questions to give us your views on attending your Review meetings and the contact you have with your IRO. 

As a Child in Care you will have a named Independent Reviewing Officer who chairs your Review meetings.  Their main job is to make sure your Care Plan meets your needs and that your views are listened to.  They will usually meet with you and support you to take part in your Review meetings.

If you are thinking “I don’t know who my IRO is” Paul Nash, Head of Service (the boss!) wants to know.

If you do not understand any of the questions in this survey, or you do not think a question is relevant for you, leave it blank and carry onto the next one. 

To help you to be honest your answers are kept anonymous. The survey results will be written up and will go to Paul Nash the Head of Service.  He will then have a discussion with his staff about anything they need to change to help support young people better.
