We asked
For views on a proposal to install a new toucan crossing on Hob Moor Road as part of Cole Valley Cycle Route.

Ensure tactile paving correctly warns pedestrians of all shared areas and leads to crossing. Would a zebra suffice and be less intrusive?
We did
Toucan crossing will encourage more cycling and assist children walking to primary school. Design amended with district engineer input on tactile paving.
