Overview

The Birmingham Children’s Trust are seeking a facilities management service (TFM) or split into Hard and Soft services, a summary of the requirements to be delivered are listed belowThe objective of this market testing is to understand the appetite and capacity of Providers available to deliver this service prior to tendering and to understand the indicative costs associated with delivering this service.

SPECIFICATION

A 20,000 sq. ft site over three floors.  The Trust are seeking a facilities management service (TFM) or split into Hard and Soft services including:

  • All statutory Health and Safety checks in line with DDA regs
  • Manned reception and security of the premises
  • Cleaning
  • Building Management
  • Routine maintenance.
