Overview

Birmingham City Council is consulting on a proposal to provide a Special Educational Needs Resource Base for 12 children with a statement of need or an Education, Health and Care Plan for Cognition and Learning (C & L).

Allens Croft Primary School is a community primary school located on Allens Croft Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 6RP.

The school was expanded from one form of entry (one class per year) to two forms of entry (two classes per year) in September 2013.

In response to the Education Sufficiency Requirements from Birmingham City Council in November 2013 (www.birmingham.gov.uk/schools/esr), the Governing Body of Allens Croft Primary School submitted an Expression of Interest form to consider the possible provision of a special educational needs resource base.

The school has spare accommodation at the school for the resource base.
