BCC Occupational Health Needs Assessment
Overview
Occupational Health is an accredited Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) comprising of Occupational Health Advisers and Physicians, Psychological Therapists, Physiotherapists and Administrative Support who provide a full range of services designed to meet the occupational health needs of BCC. As a service we constantly strive to understand and respond to the OH needs of BCC and the survey is an important part of achieving this objective.
Why your views matter
In order to gain insight into the occupational needs of employees, we are asking mangers to complete a short needs assessment questionnaire. This will help us to develop tailored occupational health support to sure the workforce is safe and meets legislative duties.
