Overview
Consulting on a proposal to extend on-going towpath improvement works from Kings Norton to the Birmingham boundary (with the option to extend approximately 1km into Solihull to link to Aquaduct Road and Shirley Station). The route will be surfaced in bitmac (tarmac) with a bounded gravel surface dressing on top.
This proposal forms part of the Birmingham Cycle Revolution canal works programme, upgrading canal towpaths to improve cycling conditions.
