Overview

Buses are an important part of our transport network. They can help to reduce congestion and improve air quality.

Across the West Midlands, people using buses are generally satisfied with services, but overall people are making fewer bus journeys every year. We want to find out what could be done to encourage people to make more journeys by bus.

This survey is for everyone who travels in Birmingham, whether you currently use buses or not.
