Council’s Hackney Carriage Community survey

Overview

Following the recent decision to defer the requirement for new Hackney Carriages licensed in Birmingham to be Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs) from 1^st January 2020 to 1^st January 2026, we would like to understand if there remains interest in the ULEV taxi rental scheme the Council is developing.
