COVID-19 Community Champion Survey

Overview

This survey is open to Birmingham COVID-19 Community Champions. The results will help Birmingham Public Health understand how effectively information is being shared by Champions within the areas and groups they represent. It is also an opportunity for Champions to share ideas for improvements and potential opportunities.
