Overview

This consultation is about the future use of the lodge building situated on land known as Small Heath Park. The Council holds this land on charitable trust and has no appropriate use to which the lodge could be put. The Council is considering whether the lodge should be offered for lease to a third party for it to use for purposes which are for the benefit of the public.
