...100% of people said that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service at Colmers Leisure centre, stating that it provided good value for money. Northfield Pool achieved 93% in overall satisfaction and value for money. The main improvements you asked for were to improve gym equipment and changing rooms

We reviewed all our gym equipment and ensured that it was bought up to highest standards.

Overview

CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT SURVEY

Birmingham City Council, Northfield District, is conducting user surveys at many of the community facilities it operates including libraries, sports centres and Neighbourhood Offices. These facilities include Northfield Library, Weoley Library, Kings Norton Library, West Heath Library, Frankley Library, Northfield Pool and Fitness Centre, Colmers Community Leisure Centre, Northfield Neighbourhood Office and Hawkesley Neighbourhood Office.  We would be grateful for your opinion on services offered at all these facilities.

Questionnaires can be accessed on-line through the Be Heard website or through staff at these Centres.
