Adult Social Care Quarterly Survey - July 2022

Overview

Adult Social Care (ASC) is continually working to understand your needs and lived experience of the services we provide, so that we can improve where it is needed.

We cannot do this without your very important feedback.

This confidential survey will form part of an ongoing conversation to help shape and improve ASC services in Birmingham. It will help us monitor improvements and be proactive with delivery changes.

We encourage you to get involved and provide a clear picture of what has gone well, or not so well with your services and any improvements you would like to recommend.

We also want to understand about your wider lived experiences of where you live and your general health, as these too may have impact on your wellbeing.

If you are the carer or support someone who receives a service from ASC, we would ask you to help this person fill in the survey to get a true reflection of their needs and thoughts.
