Thank you for visiting this page to provide feedback on your experience using the Gateway Service. Your responses are invaluable for helping us to improve the experience of those using our service.
The Birmingham Gateway is a process which aims to enable people to appropriately access housing related support services. It aims to serve two purposes:
- To act as a single point of contact for all Supporting People funded floating support and supported accommodation services relating to social inclusion (such as Domestic Violence, Homelessness and Offender services).
- To provide a reporting service for the Commissioning Centre of Excellence to gather intelligence to support monitoring contracts with Providers.
