Child/ Young Person Survey - Out of School Clubs/ Activites

Overview

You are being invited to take part in a research project.  It is important for you to understand why the research is being done and what it will involve.

Birmingham City Council is looking at all Out-of-School Settings across the city to make sure that all children are safe and protected from harm.

As a child, it is important that we hear from you. You do not have to take part, it is up to you to decide whether or not you wish to take part. If you decide to complete this survey, we will record and store everything you tell us anonymously and we will not include any names in our findings.
