No responses were received via the Be Heard website
77 written responses were received which were collated into a consultation summary which was reviewed by the Strategic Group and School Governing Body
Comments were analysed with a view to provide services that would continue to be responsive to the needs of the community. Recommendations were documented in an executive summary.
We did
Based upon the funding available, consultation findings and the analysis of the Equalities Assessment a decision was made in February 2016 to continue operating with directly commissioning Advice and Guidance Services from EDAS. The recommendation is that if there are no further budget cuts to continue to provide EDAS services at one day per week.
The cost of EDAS per year at the time of the original consultation in May 2015 was £12,499 per year. Following the decision to reduce the number of days at Bloomsbury from 2 days per week to one day per week at a cost of £10,000 per year has meant a saving of £2499.95 per year plus any additional costs incurred for interpreting.
We thank you for taking part in the consultation, your comments were greatly appreciated
