Adult Social Care Directorate has just introduced Team Briefings to staff, in response to staff feedback about inconsistent communication.

Adult Social Care Management Team are keen to hear feedback on the initiative and encourage you to complete this short survey to make your views heard.

This survey is being sent out to all team leaders who atteneded the Team Brieings sessions and are expected to delivery a Team Briefing to their team.
