Review of Team Briefings 2020

Overview

Adult Social Care Directorate has introduced Team Briefings in 2019, in response to staff feedback about inconsistent communication.

Adult Social Care Management Team are aware that improvements to the Team Briefing process could be made and are keen to hear feedback around this. 

The survey is aimed at Heads of Service and Team Managers who have to implement the Team Briefing each cycle.
