Overview

Thank you for enrolling in the Peer Mentorship Programme, COVID-19 immunology training session. We would like to understand your knowledge on COVID-19 immunology training before the training session begins and we will send you the same questionnaire to complete again after the training session has finished. This will help us understand the difference in level of knowledge gained from training session. We would really appreciate your honest response on this survey.
