Overview

Welcome to the Trust Covid staff survey.  We have developed this survey to gather your views and experiences of your home working environment and working for the Trust during the lockdown. This survey has been commissioned by the Agile Working Group.  The results will be reviewed by the Group to develop the Trust’s initial response which can then be shared with the Trust management.

The survey will inform the shaping of our ‘new normal’ operating model for the future, taking the best elements of this experience and learning the lessons from those things that have challenged us the most.   Your feedback therefore will be immensely valuable and important to assisting the Trust in shaping our future, so we would encourage you all to complete this relatively brief survey please.   

The deadline for the survey is 19th July 2020.

Please note some questions are compulsory and need to be completed in order to progress onto the next page.

This survey is anonymous. Towards the end of the survey you are given the option to enter your email address if you would like to be emailed a copy of your response.  This is completely optional and can be left blank, simply enter submit response.  If you do enter your email address this is not received as part of your response.
