Overview
The current Birmingham Violence Against Women Strategy for the period 2013-15 needs to be renewed.
The development of the new city-wide Domestic Abuse Strategy is being co-led by the Community Safety Partnership and the Commissioning Centre of Excellence.
We aspire to the vision that Birmingham is a city where everyone lives free from domestic abuse and expects equality and respect in their relationships.
We know that domestic abuse takes place between adults, in families and in relationships. The abuse may be between adults but it profoundly effects children, and in this way, creates untold harm to the families and communities in which they live.
We would really like to hear from you about how we can best achieve our vision together. Your views will help us decide how to improve things.
