Healthy Ageing Survey

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Birmingham City Council's Public Health Team are looking to find out more about what matters to the people of Birmingham when getting older. The results of this survey will help us to prioritise work that matters most to you and your lives and ensure services are best placed to meet your needs.

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time. All responses are confidential and anonymous and all data will be treated in accordance with GDPR and in line with Birmingham City Council's privacy statement. 

If at any point throughout the survey you would prefer not to answer a question or section, please feel free to press continue to move on to the next one. The only question you are required to answer is your age group on page one. We have done this as your age is key to understanding the results of this survey. 

It should take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete and you can save and then come back to a question at any stage.
