Becoming a parent survey

Closed 12 Jan 2022

Opened 12 Nov 2021

Overview

There can be extra challenges to becoming a parent if you haven’t grown up with your birth family.  We are trying to think about how we can design the best possible support services for parents and parents to be who are in care or are care experienced.

Answering the questions below will help us begin to understand what support you have accessed, how you found it, and what support you may have liked more of.  There are 13 questions in total.

After completing the questions, if you would be willing to have a telephone call to tell us more about your experience please contact us on nhsbsolccg.childrenincare@nhs.net.

If you are happy to have a telephone call, this should take about 30 minutes to complete.  As a thank you we are offering an Amazon Voucher.  The link to complete this survey will have been shared with you by a professional and we are asking professionals to record in your records that you have agreed and consented to being part of this survey.  Your details and what you tell us will be used for the survey only.  It will not be shared with anyone else.
