Post 16 Curriculum and Provision Survey
Overview
The Post 16 Forum is a city-wide strategic group consisting of senior leaders from schools, colleges, training providers and Birmingham City Council. The group works together to provide strategic guidance to improve education and training opportunities for young people aged 14-19 in Birmingham and ensure they move on to university or employment.
Why your views matter
This survey aims to gather information from Post 16 providers (School Sixth-Forms, Colleges and Training Providers) regarding their current curriculum and courses. In addition, to collect information regarding future plans and courses that providers intend to offer. This will help to inform provision planning across the city.
What happens next
The results of the survey will be collated into a report which sets out a city-wide picture of Post 16 provision. It will also help us to identify any gaps in provision so that we can commission new providers to ensure every young person has a place in Post 16 education and training.
