Overview

Public Health Birmingham in partnership with HEAT CIC are undertaking a mapping exercise of 3rd sector organisations that are currently delivering services or projects related to Birmingham’s key health outcomes. The project aims to gather a portfolio of 3rd sector deliverers to get a better understanding on the quantity and quality of delivery within the city.

The mapping exercise is the 1st stage of this campaign which we plan to evolve into a ‘Public Health Mark’ where groups and organisations can strive towards this status, which will increase the quality of delivery and services to Birmingham residents and also act as a reference to future funders. Thus rewarding good practice and working more closely with groups in need of improvement.

There are 10 categories within this mapping exercise highlighted in the attached pro forma. Please tick the appropriate boxes in relation to your organisation and elaborate on what services or projects you are delivering within the selected health outcomes.
