Overview

Birmingham City Council would like to understand the reasons for existing housing register applicants not re-applying to join its new housing register introduced in April 2017.

This questionnaire is seeking responses from people who were sent a letter inviting them to re-register for Birmingham City Council’s Housing Register (also known as the Housing Waiting List) as part of the new allocations scheme. Re-registration letters were sent between February and April 2017. Our records show that many existing applicants did not complete and submit a new housing application and we would like to understand the reasons for this situation.
