Overview
Proposal to Make Changes to Uffculme School:
Birmingham City Council is consulting on a statutory proposal to make the following change to the school, a foundation school located at Queensbridge Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 8QB:
- to increase the number of pupil places being offered from 204 to 266
The details and reasons for this change are explained in the complete proposal document attached at the bottom of this consultation webpage.
Why your views matter
There is a process that Birmingham City Council must follow to propose and decide this type of change. The process requires public consultaiton to invite comments from interested parties.
What happens next
The statutory consultation will start on 9th May 2024 and close on 9th April 2024.
During this time, anyone may make comments in support or objection to this proposal via the survey link at the bottom of this webpage.
At the end of the consultation period, all responses will be presented to the Birmingham City Council for consideration for continuing to statutory publication state the decision maker for their consideration*. The decision maker is Birmingham City Council.
When the decision has been made, the official determination will be published on this webpage with a link to the decision report about the statutory publication stage will be sent to stakeholders.
