Overview

Bolder Healthier Champions are essential to improving and protecting the health in Birmingham, launched following the success of the Covid Champions scheme which made a massive contribution to help us tackle the pandemic. As a Bolder Healthier Champion, you will work with us as an important advocate on key health topics, receiving clear and trustworthy information while helping to develop supporting materials which you can share with your friends, family and community. Together, we hope to help everyone in Birmingham make informed choices for their health and wellbeing. 

This survey aims to gain an understanding of what you would like from the programme so that we can continue to evolve the Bolder Healthier Champions to help and support each other and our communities.

Your selected preferences will alter the way we contact you and the frequency of that contact. It will also affect what information we send over to you therefore we ask that you answer honestly and consider the questions and the answers you give.
